Our in-house developed online booking tool automates the registration processes for culinary events of Gaggenau at end customers and Gaggenau partners. This makes the organization efficient and time-saving, from sending out the welcome letters and confirmations of registration to invoicing. The backend with a clearly arranged dashboard in the Gaggenau CD includes a download center, appointment management and reporting amongst others.
